Identification of Customary International Law

Join us on Tuesday 22 April for a celebration of the publication of 'Identification of Customary International Law' (OUP, 2024) by Sir Michael Wood and Dr. Omri Sender.
The book provides authoritative guidance on determining the existence of customary international law rules, building on the UN International Law Commission's work in this area. Sir Michael Wood KC, former Legal Adviser to the UK Foreign Office and UN International Law Commission member, along with Dr. Omri Sender, Partner and Chair of the Public International Law Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co., will present key findings from their work.
