Dr Michael Rowe is a Reader in European History whose research is concentrated geographically on Europe, with particular expertise in the history of France and Germany. His publications to date mainly cover the era of the French Revolution and Napoleonic Wars, and the decades immediately before and after. For this lecture, he will be speaking about his work on Napoleon.
There will drinks after the lecture in the Open Space on the eighth floor of the Strand Building.
