This workshop will introduce the participant to ‘poetic thinking’ by looking into some of the triggers that motivate the ‘birth’ of a poem such as deep listening, vulnerability, and connection to nature.

At the end of the talk, the participant will follow a poetic exercise and will have the opportunity to write a brief poem.

The workshop will be delivered in Spanish.
