Industry-led skills workshops offer an opportunity to take an active role in developing and upskilling our students, focussing on the skills required to succeed and grow during the application, recruitment and on-boarding process.
We regularly adapt our offer to reflect those skills our employers tell us King's students are requiring further development as well as reflecting areas identified by the Institute of Student Employers (ISE). Topics include:

Navigating the assessment process is one of the most critical elements of any career journey - we hold regular assessment centre simulations - group exercises, role play or e-trays to enable students to gain an understanding of core elements of an assessment centre.
As processes continue to adapt and change, we're keen to work with employers who are able to deliver a bespoke session to our students, aiding their career journey and perhaps talent spotting for your organisation.

Employer-led practice interviews offer an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to recruiting our students as well as trialling out new techniques and questions and identify talent.
We provide both physical and virtual means for organisations and alumni to undertake practice interviews that incorporate time for feedback and reflection.
You can host from our Strand Careers Centre, your own offices or wherever location is most practical for you, wherever you are in the world.
