The Digital Media & Culture BA in the King's Department of Digital Humanities provides rigorous and critical insight into how technological innovations are bringing about new challenges and opportunities in our societies. 

 

The first of its kind in the UK, this interdisciplinary undergraduate course will allow you to discover how individuals, companies, governments, and other institutions are being transformed by social media, machine learning, artificial intelligence, digital management, data journalism, digital advertising, and more. The Digital Media & Culture BA brings together theory and practical approaches from the humanities, cultural and media studies, sociology, computing and information sciences.  

You’ll have the opportunity to study topics that include digital politics, big data, social media,artificial Intelligence and the internet, and you will develop critical insight into the social, political and economic challenges and opportunities they bring.
