UK partnerships

  • Many of our partnerships reflect our rootedness in London, including regular outreach to London schools, museums, religious institutions, and policymakers.
  • Our staff serve on various advisory groups such as the Church of England’s Ethical Investment Advisory Group, and share ideas frequently with media, including BBC’s  Beyond Belief. 

Examples of international partnerships & projects

  • Our work on artefacts, archives, and manuscript digitization links to the Louvre in Paris, National Library of Laos, Manuscript Cultural Association of Thailand, and Israel Antiquities Authority, Jerusalem.
  • Global research partnerships including work with the British Council on the ‘Muslim Atlantic’ and with University of Melbourne on radicalization. 
  • The Department partners with/has recently partnered with some 20 global universities.
