The Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution (CCLDR) is pleased to announce the launch of a new Construction Law & Dispute Resolution MSc Scholarship.
Award details
The scholarship offers a full international tuition fee waiver for a Ukrainian-domiciled student to pursue the MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution on a full-time basis during the academic year of 2025/26.
Award value
Full tuition fee waiver.
The tuition fee for international students attending the Construction Law & Dispute Resolution MSc on a full-time basis is £33,600 (2025/26). The value may be subject to additional increases in subsequent years of study, in line with King’s terms and conditions.
Please note that the scholarship does not include living allowance. The costs of travel, accommodation, and living expenses must be borne by the student.
Eligibility criteria
In order to be eligible to apply, prospective students must:
- Be a citizen and permanent resident of Ukraine (and hold a Ukrainian passport)
- Fulfil the entry requirements of the Construction Law & Dispute Resolution MSc. Namely:

- Meet English language proficiency tests requirements of “Band B” (see King’s English Language requirements page for more information)
- Have at least two years of relevant work experience
- Apply to the Construction Law & Dispute Resolution MSc using the King’s online application portal apply.kcl.ac.uk

Application process
Applications close at 5:00pm UK time on 09 March 2025.
Applicants must click on the “Apply” button on the top right side of this page and complete the online application form that follows.
Within the application form, students will have to provide the following documents (in English):
- An updated CV
- A supporting statement (up to 500 words), highlighting why they should be awarded the scholarship.
IMPORTANT: The students applying to the scholarship must also apply to the Construction Law & Dispute Resolution MSc using King’s online application portal apply.kcl.ac.uk. Students who apply to the scholarship without having completed the application to the MSc programme will not be considered. Application closing date: 5pm (GMT) on 9 March 2025
Selection process
The King’s College admissions office will identify the list of applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria.
A Law Scholarship panel, formed by members of the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, will shortlist the candidates who meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria.
The result of the scholarship award will be announced to the recipient of the scholarship by 28 April 2025.
The awarded student will have 14 days to confirm its acceptance of the scholarship. Upon the student’s confirmation of its acceptance of the scholarship, remaining applicants will be notified of the outcome of the selection process.
