Arts & Humanities Faculty Master’s Scholarships for Black, Asian, and Minority Home Students

Award details

The Faculty of Arts & Humanities at King's is pleased to offer 3 new fee scholarships annually reserved for home students from some minoritised ethnic groups underrepresented in academia. These ‘Bridge Scholarships’ are intended to bridge the funding gap between undergraduate programmes and doctoral studies.

Award value

Each scholarship to the value of 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time master’s tuition fees.

Eligibility criteria

For master’s programmes in the Faculty of Arts & Humanities at King’s College London.

Open to home students (eligible for home tuition fees) who identify as Asian or Asian British, Black, Black British, Caribbean or African, or Mixed.

Ethnic groups as listed by the UK Government

In addition to your application to the master’s programme, please also complete this registration form before the scholarship deadline.

 
 

Selection process

Awards will be based on academic merit. We aim to award one scholarship per cluster in the faculty.

Arts Cluster: CMCI (Culture, Media & Creative Industries), Digital Humanities, Film Studies, Music.

Cultures Cluster: English, Interdisciplinary Humanities, LLC (Languages, Literature & Culture).

Humanities Cluster: Classics, History, Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies.
