Biography
Jiujing Ye is a PhD candidate in International Financial Law and Regulation, as well as a Visiting Lecturer at the Dickson Poon School of Law. Her doctoral research explores whether and how to reform the Initial Public Offering (IPO) system to better meet the financial needs of Fintech and BigTech companies in both China and the UK.
Jiujing has been teaching financial law and technology law to both undergraduate and postgraduate students at King’s College London, including LLB Banking Law, LLM Fundamentals of Law and Technology, and LLM Law and Policy of Fintech.
She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and is a qualified lawyer in China. Currently, She serves as a Senior Consultant at Asia Capital Group Ltd.
