As the front-line and first point of contact for online distance learners, Student Support provides support and guidance throughout the student journey: from welcome to graduation.

Working closely with academic faculties and specialist services across King's College London, we ensure students receive a seamless experience.

All students can access the service 7 days a week, we aim to get back you within 24 hours.

  • Providing a Welcome Call and Welcome Webinar at the start of your journey.
  • Enrolment support to ensure a smooth start.
  • Friendly, proactive check-ins at useful milestones during your studies.
  • Guidance and signposting to relevant resources.
  • Advising on matters relating to progression.
  • Available by phone and email.
