King's Housing Clinic

King's Housing Clinic is a free advice only legal service providing housing support. King's Law students are supervised by an experienced housing solicitor employed in the Clinic.

What issues can King's Housing Clinic help with?

We can offer tenants advice on disrepair and issues with landlords and tenancies, such as the return of tenancy deposits. We cannot assist with urgent matters where tenants are facing imminent eviction or homelessness, but we can advise in relation to early concerns about homelessness which are not urgent. We are not able to advise homeowners or landlords. King's students requiring housing advice should contact  Student Services, Advice and Guidance

We can only offer help where you have been booked in for an appointment with the clinic and will provide a one-off letter of advice. Please note we cannot provide ongoing representation and/or represent you in court.

What days is the Clinic available for appointments?

The majority of our appointments are on Tuesdays.
