King's College London's Executive Education Programme in Criminal Law and Justice offered me an invaluable opportunity to expand and enhance my knowledge and understanding as a member of the judiciary of Thailand. The programme succeeds in its aim to provide a comprehensive perspective and deep insight into the key principles and contemporary challenges in criminal law and justice, making it especially well-suited for legal professionals and policy makers.

The breadth of the curriculum is impressive, covering everything from the historic and conceptual foundations of the United Kingdom’s courts and its criminal procedure regime to cutting edge legal issues from the Future Ideas Lab. The programme’s instructors are engaging and conforming to the highest standard of achievement. They include the former Chief Justice of the United Kingdom and other highly respected judges and academics. Moreover, the programme offers fascinating study visits to some of the core institutions of the judiciary, such as the Royal Courts of Justice and the Supreme Court. My colleagues and I will take what we’ve learned and put it to effective use in our various judicial roles and responsibilities.
