Ancient Languages Summer School 2023

We offer two Intensive Courses in Ancient Greek and Latin. These courses are six weeks long, with the option to study either the first three week block (for absolute beginners) or the second three week block (for students at intermediate level). You may choose to study on-campus or online.

Decolonising Language Teaching

This project aims to engage staff and students in active research, training and reflective practice that deconstructs the content and pedagogy of teaching languages and culture. Active between October 2022 and July 2023, the project is funded by the university's Race Equity & Inclusive Education Fund.

Partnership for Digital Learning and Increased Access (PADILEIA) - English language scheme

The Partnership for Digital Learning and Increased Access (PADILEIA) produces and delivers blended higher education programmes to Syrian refugees and host communities in Jordan and Lebanon. King's Language Centre joined forces with the Global Engagement Office at King's College London to offer a volunteer-based scheme for supporting English language speaking practice for PADILEIA students. The scheme has now closed - thank you to everyone who participated.
