The International School for Government's Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) is a two-year, part-time, blended course that has been specifically developed for experienced, ambitious policy professionals to learn from the greatest minds across the policy landscape.
Our EMPA allows you to further build and diversify your own knowledge, practice and impact, within both an intellectually stimulating and practically applicable context, alongside peers from across policy areas and locations.
Our blended EMPA programme provides the opportunity to study around your continued professional demands, wherever in the world you are. The flexible programme offers a choice from our full range of online modules, complemented by one-week a year intensive teaching in London, and short week-long residencies in London and Geneva. The programme culminates with a final capstone project which will be relevant to your own professional interests and priorities.
