Sue Asprey Price

Sue is a senior real estate executive with landlord, occupier client and service provider experience. Her ambitious, highly motivated and results-driven approach, has seen Sue develop extensive track record of results within the Corporate real estate sector. With a strong consulting background, consistently delivering solutions and strategic advice to clients, Sue has developed an extensive understanding of internal business functions and business drivers as well as P&L management Sue leads the Corporate Solutions business for JLL in the UK, delivering professional services including: transaction management, programme management, estate management, account management, design and workplace strategy, strategic consulting, data and analytics, embedded strategy, risk advisory and technology consulting. Sue also sits on the JLL UK Board of Directors.


 

Edwina Burn2

Edwina Burn

Edwina Burn is an Associate Director at Macquarie Group with over nine years of experience spanning investment analysis, risk management, strategy and commodities. She is the Co-Chair of Macquarie’s Balance network, an employee group which works closely with senior management to promote gender diversity. She is a vocal advocate for women in financial services and is actively involved in several organisations aimed at promoting gender diversity in business.

Edwina grew up in Australia and studied at the University of Sydney where she was awarded an LLB and a BA. She subsequently studied at the London School of Economics where she was awarded an MSc in Finance.

Emma Codd

Emma is Global Inclusion Leader for professional services firm Deloitte and leads the delivery of the organisation’s global inclusion strategy. Emma’s work in this role includes leading the production of thought leadership aligned to this strategy, such as that relating to the impact of the Pandemic on women in the workplace.

From 2013-2019 Emma was Managing Partner for Talent for Deloitte LLP in the UK and sat on the firm’s Executive Committee, a role which she held alongside her client-facing role as a Partner in the Financial Advisory practice. During this period Emma led a period of significant change for the firm from a gender diversity perspective, including the firm’s award-winning approach to Respect & Inclusion - a culture change programme that underpinned all of the firm’s actions on diversity.

Emma is a member of the LACA Lead the Change board, the BiTC Gender leadership team, and the UK Thriving at Work Council.

Robert Cookson

Rob Cookson is VP Real Estate and Facilities, Americas, EMEA and APAC at Facebook. Rob became VP for Real Estate and Facilities in 2017 after being a Director at Facebook from mid-2014. He and his global team plan, acquire, build and operate space for FB employees in in over 70 cities across 37 countries in Americas, EMEA and APAC. His portfolio covers small satellite offices, multi tenanted buildings, and purpose built campus spaces. He has over 30 years of experience in the property industry and has had a wide range of roles in London, Sweden and California. For the last 15 years Rob has worked globally on solving corporate occupiers real estate challenges.


 Sarah Churchman

Sarah Churchman

Sarah Churchman is the Chief Inclusion, Community and Wellbeing Officer at PwC UK. She has 20 years’ experience in the specialist area of Diversity & Inclusion and is one of the country’s leading practitioners in this field.  She experimented with unconscious bias awareness training in 2005; identified the link between diversity and talent management as an obvious mechanism for target setting in 2011; she established an award winning sponsorship programme in 2013 and, under her leadership, PwC was the fifth private sector organisation in the UK to publish their gender pay gap in 2014 before the regulations came into force.  She led her organisation to sign the Race at Work Charter and publish their ethnicity pay gap in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and lead PwC to number one in the Social Mobility Employers Index.

Sarah was awarded an OBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours List for services to women in business, equality & diversity.

Sarah Gregory

Sarah Gregory is an employment lawyer and partner with Baker McKenzie. She is the firm's first dedicated Inclusion & Diversity Partner and now also has responsibility for CSR and Pro-bono, overseeing the delivery of the Firm's strategy in London.   

Since Sarah's appointment, Baker McKenzie has been named as a Top Ten employer in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index, featured as a Top 15 Employer in the Social Mobility Index and was named as a BITC Best Employer for Race. Sarah has been instrumental in embedding the Firm's approach to agile working, has led our Respect and Inclusion at Work programme and has overseen a range of initiatives aimed at improving the diversity of representation in leadership roles.

Jayne Haines

Jayne Haines is Senior Vice President of Talent Learning & Organisation Development at GSK. Jayne began her career at the European Commission in Equal Opportunities before moving to the graduate scheme at the Royal Mail, completing her post-graduate degree in Human Resources at the LSE and joining GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in 1999.

Over the last ten years she has built her expertise in culture, inclusion and diversity, leadership development, talent, engagement, good work and employee experience - diagnosing, designing and leading on strategies to develop people, teams and organisational capabilities to enable performance. Performance for Jayne is about people being confident to be their authentic selves, thriving in the lives they choose.  She combines strategic thinking, innovation and operational HR expertise; she puts the "human" back into Human Resources.

Jayne is an Employer Representative on the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) Board; a member of the BITC Age Leadership Team; she is also Chair of the charity “Women in Sport”, which aims to transform sport for every woman and girl in the UK.


 

 Pamela Hutchinson

Pamela Hutchinson

Pamela Hutchinson is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Bloomberg. In this role, she leads the company’s global diversity and inclusion initiatives around the world whilst establishing strategic direction, goals and accountability.

Pamela is cited as one of the most visible and vocal thought leaders and advocates for diversity across the private sector and has more than 20 years’ experience in managing diversity across engineering, financial services, technology and media.

Pamela was recognised in the Top 50 Part Time Power List 2014. In addition she featured in the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 Powerlist of Britain’s most influential people of African and African Caribbean heritage, awarded Head of Diversity of the Year in the 2016 European Diversity Awards and was featured in the 2016 & 2017 Global Diversity List Top 50 Diversity Professionals. 

Pamela is a Trustee at The Inspiring Leadership Trust and previously held board positions at Kingston Women’s Aid Ltd, the London Bubble Theatre and was a school governor at Malden Parochial School in Surrey for two years.  


Joanna Ludlam 

Joanna Ludlam

Joanna Ludlam is Dispute Resolution Partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP.  She is co-Chair of the firm’s Global Compliance & Investigations practice.  As well as conducting investigations and related litigation, she advises clients, frequently at board-level, on crisis and reputation management, managing global risk and regulatory compliance. She designed the Firm’s innovative Investigations Academy, a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training programme for investigations practitioners. 

Her commitment to innovation also won her the Women In Compliance Innovation award for 2019. In 2016, Joanna was named as one of The Lawyer’s “Hot 100” for her practice, and is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Joanna is a member of Baker McKenzie’s ‘BakerWomen’ steering committee, which acts as a sounding board for management on issues of gender diversity. She coaches and mentors many women, both colleagues at Baker McKenzie and also women outside of the firm.

Will McDonald

Will McDonald is Group Director of Sustainability and Public Policy at Aviva plc, a role he does as a job share. The job share is believed to be the most senior, and possibly the only, all-male job share in the UK. Will has been at Aviva since 2011. Prior to that he spent a decade in Westminster, latterly as a Special Adviser in HM Treasury and DWP. He has degrees from Harvard and Leeds, and is a Trustee of the Fatherhood Institute. 


 Diane Moody

Diane Moody

Diane Moody is the Vice-President of Organisational Development and Culture at Royal DSM. In this role she is responsible for DSM’s inclusion and diversity, corporate culture, employee engagement and change programmes. She sits on DSM’s Digital Acceleration Board, and leads future of work initiatives for the group, including DSM’s partnerships with Catalyst and World Economic Forum on ‘Women & the Future of Work’.

Diane’s career has focused on developing individuals, leaders, and the teams and organisations they work in. She’s previously held senior HR/OD roles in firms in the Netherlands, Italy and the UK at ING Group, Generali and RSA. Before this she was a principal consultant at Roffey Park Management Institute, and Programme Director of their Masters in People and Organisation Development.

Diane holds a Master degree in Organisational Learning, and is trained in learning design, performance assessment, change management, systemic team facilitation, and coaching.


Bridget Neu 

Birgit Neu

Birgit Neu is a Senior DEI Advisor and the former Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at HSBC, with a broad career spanning multiple sectors including digital, retail, publishing and financial services.

She has been named in LinkedIn’s Top 10 UK Voices for Gender Equity 2022, Top 20 Diversity Professionals in Industry 2020 by the Global Diversity List, and was Head of Diversity of the Year at the 2019 European Diversity Awards.

Birgit is a founding member of the 30% Club’s Strategy Best Practices Working Group focussing on commercial DEI best practices, and is a regular contributor to thought leadership and advisory groups across different aspects of DEI and ESG for leading organisations worldwide. 


 

Melanie Richards

Melanie Richards

Melanie is the former Deputy Chair of KPMG UK and is a strategic, commercial, collaborative and compassionate leader. She has worked in both banking and professional services, advising business leaders and Boards for nearly four decades and been a long-standing champion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 

Melanie is tireless in her efforts to improve inclusivity in the workplace. Throughout her career, Melanie has supported, mentored and coached women (and men), helping them grow their networks and progress their careers. Thanks to her influence, in 2014 KPMG was one of the first to publish detailed diversity workforce targets. She was named the number 1 Financial Times Female Champion for Women in Business in 2017, is a member of the Hampton-Alexander review Steering Committee and is a founding member of the 30% Club Steering Committee. In 2018 she received an award for her Outstanding Contribution to Social Mobility. 

She is the Chair of The Eve Appeal, a charity which raises awareness and funds research into the early detection of gynaecological cancers and a member of the Board of the National Theatre.

In 2016 she received an Honorary Doctorate, Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University and in 2019 Melanie received a CBE for her contribution to business and the diversity and inclusion agenda.


Helene Thomas

Helene Thomas is the Managing Director; Global Head of Human Resources at CVC. She joined the company in 2008. Prior to joining CVC, she worked at PA Consulting Group where she was the head of human resources for Europe and the Middle East. Helene is a chartered member of the CIPD and holds an MBA from Nottingham Business School.
