On-Campus Recruitment

Conduct your recruitment on campus at King's by hiring our spaces to undertake interviews or assessment in an environment familiar to our students.

We know employers are increasingly interested in undertaking recruitment directly on campus, particularly if you are conducting a visit to the UK to hire high-calibre talent from top global universities.

King's therefore offers employers the opportunity to hire interview and meeting rooms throughout the year*, as well as catering and accommodation if required to conduct recruitment with our students.


We're moving! From spring 2025, we're temporarily relocating from our Strand Careers Centre accommodation as part of a wider Campus Futures programme, so our current facilities are unavailable to employers.

In 2027 we will move into brand new dedicated careers accommodation in Bush House South West Wing, at the heart of our Strand Campus where we teach the broadest mix of subjects and disciplines.

Those facilities will provide employers with access to dedicated interview rooms, assessment rooms and workshop facilities enabling you to once again hold recruitment directly on campus with our Employer Engagement function. We'll also be co-located alongside informal learning spaces for student activities and spotlight promotions

We look forward to welcoming you to those new spaces and new opportunities.

Our facilities at the Guy's Careers Centre adjacent to The Shard can be used by employers to conduct interviews, meetings or assessment centres if not being used by our team for events or appointments.

The following rooms are able to be hired to employers:

  • One meeting room (seating 5) for meetings

    • King's Venues is our in-house conferencing team who provide a range of services and event spaces for interviews, conferences, away days and accommodation.

    Interview and meeting rooms are available across our campuses, so you will never be far from the students you're looking to recruit.
