King's has a long-standing track record of improving the social mobility of our students and we are proud of our reputation as one of the most successful Russell Group universities for widening participation.

We celebrate diversity across our combined student population and recognise we have far more to do to genuinely enhance a sense of belonging across all characteristics when our students explore different career paths. 

Our Inclusive Futures panels showcase the lived experiences of individuals and enables employers to highlight positive internal networks and leadership, enhancing access and inclusion in their organisations.We want to showcase top leaders across industries, spark new networking opportunities, be motivated and inspired by experiences and build a sense of allyship and advocacy for all students.

King's students stem from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences - it's critical that we're transparent about the opportunities to join our organisation and these events really helped us to educate students on the possibilities.
