Influence our Strategy

We pride ourselves on our relationships with our employer partners, building bespoke and innovative strategies for your organisation's engagement - and enabling you in turn to help shape our own strategy.

Our commitment to working in partnership means we are happy to share ideas and expertise about what's going on at King's and enable you to help shape our employer engagement strategy and influence the identity of a King's graduate in the global labour market.

Alongside working with a relationship manager in either our Employer Relations & Development Team or Work-based Learning Unit, we have a number of ways for you to get involved.

If you are interested in contributing to a King’s academic programme in some way, and would like to find out more, please contact the relevant member of our Employer Relations & Development Team.

We're an an exciting juncture in our Vision 2029 strategy, refreshing our Learning & Teaching Strategy to meet the demands of a post-COVID world and the knowledge, attributes, skills and experiences expected of the future labour market.

Our Employer Advisory Board is key to helping us shape programmes and content which provides our students with a unique academic experience, global in outlook, inclusive by design and exploring areas of cultural competency to build student success.

We also continue to develop our employability-led quality assurance, placing these matters at the heart of programme review and development.

If you're keen to be involved in these initiatives, get in touch with us.

Learning & Teaching at King's

Our specialist Advisers are always available to consult with employers, provide updates on our own strategy - and capture the latest market intelligence in your organisation, sector or geography.

They can arrange a meeting with you in person, by phone or via MS Teams and will work with you to build a lasting partnership supporting your engagement at King's.

Alongside our Employer Advisory Board, we regularly seek the guidance and ideas of employers we work with through feedback, focus groups and contributions with various professional and membership bodies.
