Our research degrees
We offer research supervision for MPhil and PhD dissertations in a variety of areas. Specialisations include European and national identities and political thought, modern social theory, contemporary European and world history, EU and European foreign policies, Asian international politics and political economy, Latin American and Caribbean politics and political economy, Middle Eastern and North African politics and political economy, sub-Saharan African politics, globalisation, international political economy, and the politics of culture.
If you are interested in pursuing the relationship between the European and national/regional levels, we offer particular expertise in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Ukraine.
