Located in the heart of London, we offer the chance to explore the economic, political, social and cultural dimensions of key contemporary issues, ranging from European integration and globalisation to the financial crisis and its effects on our economies and everyday lives.

We offer a range of masters programmes covering International Political Economy, European Studies, Asian and International Affairs, and Policies and Governance in Europe. 

MA awards

Duration: Two years full-time, one year China, one year London

Study Double Masters in Asian & International Affairs in the Department of European & International Studies at King's College London, and Renmin University of China.

Study the Double Masters in Policies & Governance in Europe in the Department of European and International Studies at King's College London and Luiss University in Rome.

Duration: One year full-time, two years part-time

Our European Studies MA course will give you a detailed understanding of the politics, history, economy and societies of Europe. As a full-time student, you may also take either a French or German pathway, which offers you the opportunity to complete a master’s degree within a year while taking modules abroad. Places on these pathways have separate capacity restrictions.

SSPP Online Scholarships - MA Global Political Economy

The Faculty of Social Sciences & Public Policy is offering five scholarships of £5,000 each to support online postgraduate study. Applications are particularly welcome from underrepresented groups.

Double Master's in Asian & European Affairs MA

Study the politics, economics and societies of Asia and Europe with our double master’s degree, spending one year at Renmin University of China in Beijing and one year at King’s College London.
