Digital Creativity at King’s

Collaborations across the university and beyond, developing digitally creative experiences

King’s is uniquely placed to contribute to the creative and technology industries, researching the ways they work and innovating through digital creative practice and the development of new digital creative technologies. With excellent working relationships with industry partners, King’s aims to build relationships between its community, the technology sector, and arts / theatrical / live performance communities. This contributes to the development of urban life in London and more widely across the UK, diversifying talent pipelines and digital creative practices and outputs that reflect King’s commitment to cultural competency and service.

King’s staff and students work in all aspects of digital creativity, from ethical, cultural and historical perspectives, through practical innovation, application and critique. King’s provides opportunities for its community and cultural partners to ask questions, test ideas, pool expertise, collaborate and co-produce new creative digital outputs. This drives new research and education, supports the university to forge partnerships with creative and digital industries in London and beyond and puts digital creativity at the heart of our real and virtual classrooms and students’ success.
