Creative AI Lab The Creative AI Lab is a collaboration between King’s and the Serpentine Gallery based in the dept of Digital Humanities. The Lab produces knowledge for cultural institutions, artists, engineers and researchers on how to engage AI and machine learning for the benefit of the wider cultural sector.
Creative Digital Skills This programme, curated by King's Culture, offers student and staff an opportunity to learn from industry professionals from across the digital and creative sector who offer real-world context for skills development and will provide opportunities to upskill in key creative and digital skills.
Human Centred Computing The Human Centred Computing (HCC) group is concerned with the design, development and evaluation of systems with which humans interact and engage in complex and varied ways, focusing on computer graphics, data visualisation, human-computer interaction and natural language processing.
Virtual Reality Research Lab Based in the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, the Virtual Reality Research Lab (VRLab) is led by Dr Lucia Valmaggia and is a world-leading multidisciplinary group dedicated to research, assessment and treatments for mental health using VR technologies.
Audience Labs at King's Annette Mees joined King's as a Visiting Fellow to develop the pioneering practice of the Audience Labs which originated at the Royal Opera House. Annette is working with a network of experts and collaborators across and beyond King's to explore the future of performance.
