At King’s we want to work together as a community to enhance the cultural competency of all our students and staff. We define cultural competency as the ability to view the world through the lens of other people – in all their diversity. The Cultural Competency Unit (CCU) was established in 2021 as part of the College’s Internationalisation Strategy, within which cultural competency is one of the two core values at King’s.
