Our Research Departments

Our research is organised into ambitious, large-scale and long-term research projects supported by our set of eight departments and twelve centres.

Our technical departments provide expertise in activities across clinical data science and AI, minimally-invasive robotic surgery, guided therapies, devices and advanced imaging. These technologies are then applied through our clinically-led departments, specialising in Cancer, Cardiovascular and Early Life Imaging and Imaging Chemistry and Biology.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and it's this diverse infrastructure which allows us to combine expertise to deliver ground breaking results.
