Dr Tanya Graham appointed as King's Cultural Institute Knowledge Exchange Associate
Dr Tanya Graham, Departments of Adult Nursing and Postgraduate Research, has recently been appointed as one of nine Knowledge Exchange Associates (KTA) in a partnership with the Cultural Institute at King's.
KEAs are part of a wider Knowledge Network which supports the Cultural Institute’s remit to ensure that the College’s research adds value and impact across arts and culture, and to use interactions with the cultural sector to enhance the academic and student experience at King’s.
The Cultural Institute at King’s has expanded its network of Knowledge Exchange Associates, from five to nine, this academic year. Knowledge Exchange Associates are current or recent doctoral students who work part-time with the Cultural Institute as part of an early career development programme.
Their remit is to build networks across the College to promote knowledge exchange and share the opportunities available at the Cultural Institute, supporting academics to forge partnerships with the cultural sector in the early stages of idea generation.
To boost the existing network, KEAs have been selected from the Dental Institute and the Faculties of Life Sciences & Medicine and Nursing & Midwifery, with an open call remaining for applications from Natural & Mathematical Sciences.
The nine KEAs are:
- Saoirse O'Toole, Dental Institute
- Nneka Ene, Faculty of Natural & Mathematical Sciences
- Dr Victoria MacBean, Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine
- Dr Tanya Graham, Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery
- Paula Serafini, Faculty of Arts & Humanities and Dickson Poon School of Law
- Charlotte Fereday, Faculty of Arts & Humanities and Dickson Poon School of Law
- Dr Anna Kolliakou, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience
