Number one for nursing in London

The Complete University Guide 2012 today (Monday 18 April) announced that the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing & Midwifery at King’s is, again, the only university in London to be ranked in the top ten British universities for nursing.

The Guide ranked the School as sixth for nursing, an improvement of three places from the previous year’s ranking. The School retains its place as the top rated nursing school in London.

The table measures how universities perform on a range of nine indicators including research quality, entry standards, staff/student ratio, spending on academic services such as libraries, spending on facilities such as function rooms and health centres, degree results, job prospects, and the National Student Survey, which measures student satisfaction with their learning.
