The response rate for final year midwifery students (on degree and Diploma of Higher Education programmes) was excellent with a result of 65.4 per cent, a rise of over 7 per cent on the 2009 response of 58 per cent.
The National Student Survey (NSS) is an annual satisfaction survey of undergraduates across the UK. It is commissioned by the Higher Education Funding Council for England and is conducted by an independent body, Ipsos-Mori. The Survey consists of 22 questions grouped into a number of categories covering topics such as teaching, assessment and feedback, learning resources and academic support.
The School would like to thank all students who took the time to respond to the survey. We look forward to receiving their feedback, which will be published in due course.
