Director of Entrepreneurship Institute in Power 50

Julie Devonshire OBE, Director of the Entrepreneurship Institute, King’s College London, has been voted in the top 50 of the 2017 Smith & Williamson Power 100.

The list celebrates those who help shape policy, champion, mentor, support and promote entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in the UK.

Julie was nominated by her peers for her active contribution and day to day engagement with the entrepreneurial community along with her influence and impact.

Julie joins entrepreneurs on the 2016 list who include Sir Richard Branson, Baroness Karren Brady CBE and Baroness Martha Lane-Fox.

The list is being released on Fresh Business Thinking over a period of four weeks and the full Power 100 will be celebrated at a special event on 7 March at Smith & Williamson’s offices in London.

In January 2017, Julie received her OBE from HRH Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace for Services to Entrepreneurship (pictured).
