Description
This panel discussion will invite provocative reflections from theorists, activists and artists, on the possibilities of reclaiming radical Utopias as a response to an increasingly dominant 'financial imagination'. The panel will address questions such as: What types of imagination drive economic fiction and financial utopias/dystopias? How do contemporary debt dependencies, risk speculations and fictitious capital produce dominant visions of the future?

Liberal Arts at King's is a flexible, interdisciplinary degree which is especially suited to students who want to be able to tailor their own degree from a wide range of options in the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. This taster course will introduce you to the sort of teaching and learning environment you can expect on the Liberal Arts programme. You will have the fantastic opportunity to meet King's academics and work together in small groups, looking at major research questions and how we can draw from different subjects to provide answers.
