Chaired by Dr Reyhaneh Fallah- Noshiravani, our panel of experts features recent FASI contributors Dr Julia Muravska and Dr Daniel Salisbury. The discussion will examine the respective challenges faced by Russia and Ukraine, the strategies they have adopted to overcome them, and the policy implications for Ukraine’s allies.
