Social activities (Resilife)

Our ResiLife programme

The ResiLife Programme is set up to help build communities. Residents can engage and interact with one another to build friendships and share interests. The ResiLife Programme provides an environment to enhance the student experience and increase students physical and mental wellbeing.

This academic year, the ResiLife Programme will be a hybrid programme consisting of both face to face and online events. Events such as Tea Talk, Podcasts, Guided Meditations, Creativity Nights, and entertainment evenings are available weekly at King's residences and via our online channels. Check out our online platforms to stay up-to-date with our weekly events: TwitterFacebook Instagram and the ResiLife blog.

Our ResiLife Community Facilitators are so friendly! Every time I attend an event they make me feel welcomed and heard. They're really good conversation starters [...] I like how varied the events are. I’ve made lots of friends through the ResiLife events and Community Facilitators

Community Team

ResiLife events are organised by the Community Facilitators to provide additional events throughout the month to celebrate global events and provide other opportunities to create a diverse community.

Community Facilitators act as role models and peers and help to develop communities for students to live and learn in. Being a CF is an exciting and life changing opportunity – you will make friends for life, build an incredible network, enjoy the status of the position as well as gaining experience and receiving training that is highly valued by employers.

King's Residences Community Team

KCLSU

Every student at King's is automatically a member of KCLSU. Together with their members, they are a union of students where individuals connect, have fun, build communities, share experiences, and make change. KCLSU is here to make sure every King's student has the best student experience possible.

Run by students, for students, KCLSU is independent of King's College London, and their decisions, policies and what they do are decided by the 30,000 student members.
