Stamford Street Apartments is a favourite of current and past residents. Its convenient location on Waterloo Campus, and just a short walk to Strand Campus, makes it one of our most popular residences. However, please bear in mind that this residence is only available to first-year undergraduates.

Take in the views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben as you walk across Westminster Bridge, and visit the Tate Modern, the Southbank, or take time to explore Covent Garden, all of which are within a 15 minute walk.

Residents of Stamford Street have access to a newly refurbished reception and study area, as well as Waterloo gym, so you'll have everything you need for an active and thriving London life.

Please be aware that refurbishment works will be taking place at this residence throughout 24/25. Though there will be some noise disruption, we will do our very best to keep the impact on our residents to a minimum. Students may be required to move room at some point during the 24/25 academic year.
