Module description

This course is between B1 Independent user, Threshold level and B2 Independent user, Vantage level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Students will receive a language ability assessment on arrival before they are officially enrolled.

 

This module is available for students who are here for the Full Year only. This module is NOT available to Fall/Semester 1 Only or Spring/Semester 2 Only students.

 

Assessment details

Written examination/s;oral examination/s

Oral exam (40%), 2-hour written exam (60%)Single-semester students cannot take this module. Full year students will undertake all assessments according to the module syllabus.

Teaching pattern

1 x 2-hour language class per week for 2 semesters (20 weeks)
