Module description

The Biosciences Modules open to Study Abroad students are under a different catalogue:

https://keats.kcl.ac.uk/mod/url/view.php?id=6899195

(the page you first land on may say Sorry, this activity is currently hidden, please ignore and scroll down to the link Study Abroad Modules running 2024-2025 )

The biosciences catalogue can be filtered by semester (SY means Full Year). NSY might mean either semester, check under the module description.

Biosciences modules timetables are available under 'DOWs' (Day Of the Week).
If only 1 or 2 days are listed, the module will likely be running all day so it is best to avoid selecting other modules in the same semester on these days (unless the module description clearly states it can run alongside another).
If the module is listed as running every day or 'flexible' (generally Level 4 modules), please be reassured this will be explained during the compulsory Study Abroad Orientation Week.

For any research/project based modules appearing in the Biosciences catalgoeuFor the following research modules, students will competitively select from a set list of projects, generally at the beginning of the year (sometimes earlier, meaning your choice may be limited). The lists will not be accessible to you until you have enrolled (end of August for Sem 1/Full year), so please contact the Global Mobility Office and we can can either provide them or tell you who to contact.

6BBM0319 Pharmacology Library Project (runs in both Sem 1 and Sem 2 independently)

6BBM0335-Project Design in Pharmacology (runs in both Sem 1 and Sem 2 independently)

6BBYN306 Laboratory Research Project in Neuroscience (project selection end of August. Full Year students only, as you must take 6BBYN307 in sem 1)
