Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee's responsibilities include the exercise of delegated authority to determine the remuneration and terms of service for the Vice-Chancellor & President and other senior post holders, as well as overseeing the application of the Council's remuneration policy for senior post holders (pdf 89kb).

The terms of reference for the Remuneration Committee are aligned with the Higher Education Senior Staff Remuneration Code released by the Committee of University Chairs.  

The Remuneration Committee reports directly into Council; its membership does not include the Vice-Chancellor & President or any other member of the Senior Management Team.
