Modern Language Centre
The Modern Language Centre provides courses to University of London staff, students and alumni, and to the local professional and residential community, in the following languages:
Arabic, Bengali, Catalan, Dari, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Panjabi, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Sanskrit, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Urdu.

The Centre offers a state-of-the-art Open Learning Centre for independent language learning. Specialist tailor-made courses can be designed around the needs of an individual or a company. Some of our prestigious clients presently include the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the European Medicines Agency.
The Centre also offers a wide range of courses and self study materials for medics, lawyers and business professionals
