Biography

Sean Sutherland is a Graduate Teaching Assistant in environmental law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. Sean originally studied a degree in geography and politics before doing a law degree at the University of Bristol. He also holds a master’s degree in law –the BCL- from Wadham College, University of Oxford.

Prior to starting at King’s, Sean worked as a judicial assistant to Lord Justices Underhill and Warby at the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. He has also worked in media regulation; for the human rights charity, JUSTICE; and, as a teaching fellow in sustainable development at the University of Bristol. He is currently reading for the Bar.
